companies withlegacy systems
Companies running SAP, Oracle, or ERPs, with internal development teams that can't keep up with their projects and responsibilities.
We optimize processes, guide digital transformation, and unlock value for your company through software.
We're not just engineers writing code. We're product people who can build the whole thing.

Who it's for
We work with mid-market and enterprise companies facing one of these scenarios.
Companies running SAP, Oracle, or ERPs, with internal development teams that can't keep up with their projects and responsibilities.
Manual workflows that waste hours, create errors, and lead to missed opportunities every single day.
Series B onward, needing extra product and engineering capacity, or to elevate the design of their applications.
Optimize what you already have with faster delivery and smarter tools.
Build new products, enter new markets, or open new revenue streams from your existing strengths.
Order-taking development or disposable projects. We don't build campaign products that live for a moment and disappear. We build software meant to be iterated, to grow with its users' feedback, and to work better over time.
Why Acueducto
Every project is approached with an engineering and design perspective. The result is software that works well, looks good, and feels good because business, usability, and the user are front and center even during development.
We reworked our development pipeline around AI, from idea to deployment. A four-person team can now deliver what used to take thirty people, with better-quality, better-documented code.
Value from sprint one. We build in small units of work that release value continuously. You see real progress every two weeks instead of waiting six months for a big promise.
A quality-assurance process perfected over years, combining artificial intelligence with a highly trained team. Critical flows are tested exhaustively before every delivery.
Unlike a large consultancy where the sales team disappears once you sign, our founders stay involved and the team that designs the proposal is the one that implements it. No one cares more about your project than the people who put their name on it.
What we build
A focused set of services that turn operational opportunities into working software. Each one is a path we take from definition all the way to a product in production.
We turn analog and manual processes into software that saves hours, eliminates errors, and frees your team for higher-value work.
Customer portals, internal tools, and custom web applications, designed around the experience of whoever uses them.
We design, build, and launch minimum viable products, then improve them iteratively by collecting real user feedback.
We maintain products we built ourselves, as well as those we inherit from other teams. We ensure their quality over time.

How we work
A delivery rhythm built to release value continuously through short cycles, clear ownership, and clear documentation so your team, our team, or another partner can keep moving.
Step one
Together we define what needs to be built, the delivery cadence, and the right scope, whether it's a contained solution or a long-term initiative. The project is shaped around your context, not a fixed package.
Technology
We build with modern technology, but we do not sell a fixed stack. We design the architecture around your infrastructure, your teams, and the real constraints of your operation.
If you run on SAP, Oracle, or another legacy system, we build connectors, APIs, and abstraction layers so your users get a modern experience without replacing everything that already works.
No vendor lock-in. Modernize in layers without starting over

Book a discovery callSecurity & IP
Moving fast never comes at the cost of ownership or security. Both are settled before the first line of code.
01
All code is the client's property, except our pre-existing components, which are declared from the start.
02
We sign an NDA with every client, and every member of the team is under one too.
03
Only the team assigned to your project touches your data, under cybersecurity standards.
04
Building fast with AI doesn't mean building fragile. Every delivery passes our QA process and meets security standards.
FAQ
The fast version of what teams ask before a discovery call. Anything else: we'll cover it live.
What is custom software development?
It's the creation of software designed specifically for a company's processes, systems, and users, instead of adapting the company to generic software. It's used to digitalize processes and build customer portals, internal tools, and new digital products.
When can you start?
Usually within two weeks of proposal approval.
How long does a project take?
We aim for projects to be short and release value soon. An MVP takes around two sprints (about a month); projects with more complex integrations, up to four. We prefer to chain short projects rather than commit to an endless one.
Can you work with our current systems (SAP, Oracle, legacy)?
Yes. We build integrations and abstraction layers over virtually any system, from API connections to the most complex cases, without you having to change your processes.
How does communication work during the project?
Two-week sprints with a formal delivery session at the end of each, plus an open channel every day during business hours where we answer questions within hours.
Who maintains the software when the project ends?
You decide: we can maintain it through maintenance plans, or hand over the project fully documented for your team to take over. Everything we build is documented so anyone can continue it.
What exactly will I receive? How do I avoid surprises?
Before developing, we build prototypes that you and your users test. The scope is defined visually in the early stages, so you know exactly what you'll receive before we write the first line of production.
Is the software you build secure?
Yes. We follow cybersecurity standards on every project, and our QA process exhaustively tests critical flows before each delivery.
What is the first call like?
It's a free 30-to-45-minute discovery session. We talk through your problem, sketch a solution, and then send it to you as a formal proposal with a quote.
